Where Did the Time Go?

Okay, I can't believe that it is the beginning of February! I must admit I have done good on some of my goals, and others not so good. I wanted to lose just 5lbs. a month. At the end of the year that will be 60lbs. I was doing great. I had a week left and I lost 4.9 lbs. I don't know what happened I gained 3 lbs. back! I was talking to my friend and she sugguested that I had a deep root emotional problem that was causing me to sabotage myself. Hmmm... Any way I have had a tuff time getting back on track. So, just like God's mericies are new every morning, so is my weight watcher point tracker. I weigh myself on Wednesdays. I am going to log in my weight loss or gain each week on my blog. Maybe that will help me be accountable. I will NEVER share my starting weight until I reach my goal weight. That is it for now.
